1. Method of treatment
Your personal data will be treated by the owner electronically through files. Occasionally, they will be treated through paper.

2. Finality of the treatment

Your personal data are treated without your consent in relation to the art. 6 lett. comma 1 lett. b) of GDPR for the following finalities:

• elaboration of requests for information from the website.

Your personal data treatment is realized through the art. 4 comma 1 n. 2) GDPR: collection, enrollment,organization, storage, consultation, elaboration, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, utilization, interconnection, block, communication, cancellation and disruption of data. Your personal data are treated electronically or on paper and/or automatically.

3. Preservation

Your personal data are stored for a specific time in order to elaborate the request. Therefore, data will be stored for a maximum time of 10 years during which there will not be any direct initiative on them.

4. Access to personal data

Yor data coud be available for the following needs:

• For employee or consultant of the owner, in quality of subjects appointed
• For other people (even external ones) in order to put in practice the finalities of the policy

5. Data communication

Your data will not be spread, exchanged or yielded to a third party.

6. Data transfer

Data management and storage is done through specific servers located in the European Union. They will not be transferred outside the European Union. However, if necessary, the owner is authorized to move servers in Italy or in the European Union or outside the European Union. In this case, the owner grants that the data moving outside the European Union is done through applicable laws, through the conclusion of an agreement that assures an adequate level of protection and the proper contract terms provided by the European Commission.

7. Nature of data provision and consequences of data denial

The data provision is obligatory in order to elaborate the request.

8. Rights of the interested party

As an interested party you have the following rights according to art. 15 GDPR:

• to get the confirmation about the existence of personal data about you;
• to get further indication about: a) personal data origin; b) personal data finalities and modalities; c) methodology about electronic personal data treatment; d) to detect the personal data owner, responsibles and representant in charge through the art. 3, comma 1, GDPR; e) to detect the subjects to whom personal data could be communicated and spread in Italy;
• to obtain: a) a data update, a data correction or a data integration; b) a data cancellation, an anonymous data transformation or a data block due to a law violation,even for the treated or collected data where it is not necessary a storage; c) the confirmation that the operation described in a) and b) are shared to the subject of treated data,within its content with an exception if the fulfillment is impossible or requires unbalanced means in relation to the protected right;
• to partially or entirely oppose a) due to motivation about personal data treatment, ancorché pertinenti allo scopo della raccolta; b) to personal data treatment about the sending of advertising material or direct selling or for market research or any advertising. If applicable you have the right about the artt. 16-21 GDPR (right of reply,right to be forgotten,right to treatment limitation, right to contract data portability grezzi di navigazione, right to opposition), and right for the complaint to the Data Protection Authority.

9. Modality of the exercise of the right

Anytime, you can exercise your right by sending an email to info@amsinergy.com or by sending a registered letter to the owner address.
